Each week we have a range of therapies available, all free of charge, including massage, reiki, aromatherapy, relaxation sessions, mindfulness and informal peer support. Individual therapies are normally available on a first come, first served basis.
At 10:45am a reading group discusses a short piece of writing, a poem or a song, making connections to life and each other.
